Getting a clunk from right front area when I go over a bump or dip in the road.
Strange thing is it's intermittent.
Any ideas what's happening?

Look at front sway bar links, commonly those act like that when loose. And if you jack car up in air to check, you have to do BOTH sides EQUALLY as jacking only one side tightens the loose link up to make you think it's good.

Another easy way to check is to remove one side link then drive enough to see if noise goes away, the other side link keeps the bar in place.

Didn't know I had a sway bar. Will have to look into it, thanks.

If anything it's the back bar that is missing, almost everything on the planet has a front sway bar...........................and now lots more coming with the back one too. They are indispensable to stopping cornering body lean.
