Cluster lens and fog lights

hello I am new here. I just bought a 2011 versa on Saturday. I have a few questions. I just wanted to know if anybody's had to replace the instrument cluster lens? It seems to be really dirty with some kind of moisture inside where the speedometer is. It's going to be very expensive to replace and I'm not sure how anything got in there to begin with. Also I have my fog lights. They still work but both of them are cracked and it's going to be $435 to replace. Is This is a ridiculous?
