i've gotta know, why literally EVERY 240 i see is never finished and looks like a pile of junk.

With the 240sx, they care more about HP/speed than looks/appearances of their ride. Don't ask me why, but that's their mentality when owning one. If I was like them, I would wash, clay and wax it before going to a meet.
