Looks good. Fixed your title.
Nice Versa, are those custom head rests?
love your versa man... very nice... quick question.... do your 17 stick out a bunch? i have some DR20 16x7 and i was really worried about them being to wide for that small wheels gap...??

I got them from a seller on eBay. Installed them myself. I think the quality is pretty good. Installation was easy. If that's what you mean by custom than yes. They were preset in the headrests though. And they are black leather where as the seats are black suede. I would like to eventually get some seats or clazzio covers to match.

The 17s do stick out a fair amount about 1 and a half inches. This isn't really due to the width of the wheel but the low +25 offset. Your 16x7s shouldn't stick out at all even with a similar offset. I wouldn't think you would have any clearance issues.

ok cool thanks.. i was looking for a slight 1/2 inch poke at least in the rear but ill prob just get spacers if i decided to go that route... love the rims tho!:biggrin5:

Yeah spacers would be your best bet. I actually wish mine wernt out so far but I have the wheels on the car and there's not much I can do now. I would like mine to stick out about a half inch less .

Plasti dip grill and emblems

I plasti dipped my grille and emblems today. It was very easy to do. What do you guys think? I like it a lot better than the original chrome trim. Any questions let me know. I plan to do the roof and maybe the hatch handle and door handles next after seeing how well it holds up. I have been thinking about doing the spokes of my rims as well. :thumb2:

I also dipped the little square piece above the bottom grille.
Looks good. I did the same with my tow hook cover a while ago. Did you spray the grille with glossifier?

I did not. Lowes didn't have the glossifier. I'll just stick with matte to see how it holds up and when im ready to dip more parts I'll try the glossifier.

yea they look really good on there tho.... its hard figuring out the width and size i need for these cars cause the wheel well is so small... ha ha i feel like a 16x8 or something would almost be to wide.. i had a 18x9.5 on my VW on the rear 18x8 on the front it was perfect! no spacers...

And that dip looks good man.. way better then the chrome... to bling bling love the flat back goes very well with the car... can you post a DIY on that?

yeah the chrome is too much in my opinion. much better black. I plan on throwin some on the wheels now that im comfortable with it and see how they turn out.
btw. as far as a diy on the plasti dip just follow the link I post here------------->

Great do it yourself and its how I got the results I did. Only thing I did different was take the grille off the car and cleaned it and sprayed it in the garage...that way I didn't have to clean up the overspray( not that cleaning the overspray takes much time at all) just be easy with the can and do smooth even swipes. 4-5 coats is perfect. and just allow about 10 min in between each coat. Good luck if you plan to do it. and let us know how it turned out.
Nice man. I did this mod a few months ago to the rear emblems, and it is def an improvement over the stock chrome. The dip is also holding up very well so far.

Nice to hear. Hopefully mine will hold up for a while.
