1st pic is wheel covers, 2nd pic is actual wheels. Which one do you have?

As what Josh said, the first picture is a plastic wheel cover / hubcap. The second picture is actually alloy wheels. The first picture is a cover to be placed in front of the black steelies.

If you're uncertain as to which you have, take a look at the front wheels, if you can easily see the brake calipers and rotors then you have alloy wheels.
