i have the same problem, same door, went to the dealer in october , car is under guaranty, they told me they have to order a new part, also my car jack was damage from factory and the tow hook is missing, the said will call me, i called back and have same answer, very disappointed. Funny you mention the tow hook. I never got one with my car....
