So I just replaced my rear brakes on my 2011 Versa Sedan. When I went to go check to make sure everything was ok my emergency brake wasn't engaging. Before it worked fine. I used the adjuster to make sure the pads were near perfect fit for the drums. I'm at a loss of what to do. I've heard that I should adjust the cable however I just assumed everything would be ok. That's what I get for assuming.

Since you just replaced them, i wouldt adjust the cable just yet. I would go back to the wheel, and you need to move the adjuster out so that the drum is locked, then back off a tad. Theres only so much adjustment in the cable.
