Want to know if I can put a 2015 versa note engine in a 2009 versa body. Both automatic transmissions.

Can it be done? Yes
Is it practical? No

The Note has a HR series engine, while the 09 is a MR engine.
The swap will include ALOT of wiring just to get the engine to work in the older body.
Then you have the transmission compatibility issues as well.

If you are looking to replace the engine in the 09, you would be far better off with the 2.0 L MR20D from a Sentra.
That would be a direct bolt in with NO modifications needed.
