As stated, the best you can do is a MR20D without having to make major modifications to the car. The MR20D is a direct bolt in.
Sadly, there really aren't any performance mods around, unless there is anything for a Renault with a MR series engine.

There really won't be. if you added 10 hp. to a Renault the doors would fall off it as soon as you started it. Truly pathetic cars.
