Hello everyone. I own a 2010 Nissan Versa SL hatchback with 83 000 km. I live in Montreal , Quebec so the car is exposed to harsh winters and terrible road conditions ( pot holes) . The car has been flawless until recently. There is a rattling noise coming from the exhaust system. I took the car to the dealer and it was determined that two bolts/ clips were missing. They made the necessary changes. When I received the car and drove it back home after about 5 km the problem resurfaced. At low speed exiting the corner and applying the throttle. The rattling noise lasts a few seconds but is annoying. I am taking it back to the dealer today. Hopefully this problem will be resolved. Another problem was a thumping sound coming from the front suspension. It was determined that the two stabilizer link were loose. Stabilizer link was replaced. The left side tie rod was loose as well as the right side ball joint. Despite all this when driving home the car's steering was noticeably improved but when going over road imperfections it still made clamping noises. Obviously the mechanic didn't do a proper road test after working on the car. I will return to the dealer to rectify this situation.
