You can totally install fogs and if you have power windows and locks then your versa is prewired for them. I did the same install on my 2012 hb. All you need is fogs and the turn signal stalk with fog light switch from courtseyparts. Everything will run you under $200. I will get the links and post them for you.

However my only sugesstion is to not get the spyder fog kit. It sucks!!! The finisher didn't fit so I had to cut hole in the factory ones and the fogs lights both broke within 4 monts of having. Here is a link to valeo fogs which are amazing and cheaper.

Forgot to mention all you need is the valeo fog lights and the turn signal stalk. But just as a precaution double check to make sure you versa is pre wired. There will be h11 sockets taped up just below your headlights. You will have to reach down below the headlights to find them. Read through my thread there is a picture of mine when I found them.

They probably want your money to do the install themselves. The stealership also told me that the keyfobs that you can get on amazon wouldn't work on my 2004 xterra. They quoted me $400 for new fobs and keys programming of the fobs included. Amazon wanted $10 apiece for the fobs. So I gave them a shot and they work like a charm. I can't believe how easy they were to program. It really made me mad to know that the stealership was trying to get that much money out of something that is so simple.

In your case yes the fogs will work. I added them to my 2012 hb and its as if it rolled out of the factory with them.
