Hi, my Nissan 2007 Versa Hatchback front right power window stopped working eventually. It was running really slow and weak for a couple of months. It also had squeak sound (never pay attention before when it was at his normal running speed). I knew there is something wrong but I kept using it this way for ~2 months. Now the window stopped at the top and not coming down eventually... But I still hear the strange squeak sound when I press the down button. Does this indicate the motor still work and the problem is the regulator arm or just simply replace the regulator?

I plan to DIY. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!

Is it a squeak or more of a crunch? When they start going up and down slowly it chattering, spraying some silicone down on the rubber sides usually does the trick. In your case if the motor works then my guess is the regulator.

not moving and the button has not restraint. Other windows not working either.

Do the other windows work with the switches on their doors?
