FS/T: 17" new ccw reps and atr sport tires $800

I am looking to sell the wheels that I purchased about a month ago. They are nearly brand new and are in perfect condition. The wheels are 17x9 ccw reps with machined lip and with a +25 offset. bolt patter 4x114.3. they will come with 2 sets of lugs both acorn style one silver set and one black set with a lug key. They will also come with the hub rings as well.

The tires are Achilles ATR SPORT 225/45/17. Tires were put on with the rims.
This set of wheels and tires has under 1000 miles of use on them. I love them and want to keep them....buuuut unfortunately my other half doesn't. So I agreed to off them and get some more practical sl alloys.

The set has a slight stretch and poke to them, which is one reason I love them so.
I will sell all components mentioned above for $800 obo. I paid $570 for the wheels, 360 for the tires, 30 a piece for the lug sets 20 for the hubrings and of coursed they are mount, balanced, and have the tpms in as well. What I would rather do is knock a few hundred off the price if anyone has some nice versa sl alloys that are in good condition to add in to the trade. I would consider shipping but the extra cost is completely up to the buyer. I live in Central Va and wouldn't mind driving a couple hours to meet to avoid shipping charges.
