fuel guage malfunction

The fuel guage on my 14 Versa would not register after a RECENT FILL UP. i SWITCHED OFF THE ENGINE, RESTARTED, AND THE GUAGE NOW WILL ONLY READ 3/4 FULL EVEN AFTER A COMPLETE TOP OFF. aNY IDEAS? aLSO, THE SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT HAS BEEN OFF AND ON RECENTLY. cONNECTED? Thanks for your ideas.

On check engine light, make sure the gas cap is tight, these caps are "one click" type. That can cause a check engine light.

You might try proof-reading your post before submitting, the use of full caps makes it harder to read.
