Here's the seller's response regarding the modification:
the modification is, you'll need to drill a hold on the low beam bulb cover to let the HID bulb wire go through, and of course rewire it with the main headlight socket.
I'm totally lost, but ofcourse, my husband will be doing the work, and perhaps he has a a better understanding.

Do you have HID's on yours?
My husband was able to adjust the headlights, slightly, they don't adjust very much, but our lighting is still terrible.
If it wasn't for the fogs help, we wouldn't be able to see very much. Still with the fogs on, it's only about 15 feet of lighting, not very much when you're going fast. When we travel we try to use our high beams as much as possible, but there's almost always someone coming the other way, and it's not nice for them.

I spent less then 10 mins wiring the headlamps to accept hid low beam bulbs. I spent about 1:30 to install abd another 30 mins adjusting and tweaking. I bought these lights early last year. I have not had any trouble with them what so ever. If anyone has questions, I'll do my best to help. I woud have helped sooner but I wasn't active on the forums back then.
