I want remote start but I've read so many posts about it killing the bcm and the stealership not covering it under warranty. I'm also clueless on how to troubleshoot the bcm. Download the manual and give it a try. Good luck.

hello there versa owners, i made a mistake when i installed my remote start on my 09 hb, i did some sort of short, now my radio is out, interior lights are outt and if i put the hazards on w/o the keys in the ignition i don't hear the usual click and the chime is out too, the taillights work but the brake lights doesn't work. All i want is to be a relay and not the bcm lol. Thanks guys.

i got it, it was a connector with 2 10 gauge wires white and blue, i forgot to plug it back lol, now everything works, thanks anyways.I want remote start but I've read so many posts about it killing the bcm and the stealership not covering it under warranty.
