I just received my HID kit from DDM Tuning in the mail :)

But I did not buy any installation gear, I have read it works to just zip tie it in, but where should I do this? Does anyone have any pictures of their HID kits installed?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

just zip tie it, that and double sided tape to stick the ballasts onto the sides of the engine bay.

here is where I put one of my ballasts

I actually do have stuff that I could tint my headlights with if they are too bright :)
But I have seen a lot of members that have installed HID's in the stock housing and it looks fine so I will see haha

you can still run HID's and not blind people without using projector housing or tinting
don't worry about it dortiz29

FYI you can adjust your lights so your not blinding people, it'd be nice if you gave him info rather than tell him not to do a mod jeeze

quote another member about adjusting your headlights with HID's
"Theres a 6mm hex adjuster just behind the headlight, its a white plastic piece, cant miss it."

Yeah I actually had already adjusted them so they're all good without tint. They are all installed and work great! I just need to borrow a good camera to take some pictures with because my iphone camera sucks and it makes the lights look like crap compared to what they actually look like!

Why so sensitive?

I was giving information.
I stated not to do it because without the proper housing, he/she will be blinding people.
Isn't that considered sharing information?
