I have a 2014 Versa Note SV. I have accidentally disabled the Bluetooth hands free system so that it does not start when the car is started. It was some combination of starting car, pressing the door lock then shutting off the car quickly.
In the parking lot, started the care remembered I forgot something tried to open the door, and shut the engine off in quick succession.

This happened about 5 years ago and I was able to Google the steps to re-enable but now I have tried so many times and keywords and just cant find the answer. It should be just the reverse of how it was disabled.

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Yes the paper manual and the online manual. it is not that I can't connect to handsfree its that the handsfree system does not start.

The manuals reference the commands and button presses when they system is running but not 'hidden' means of disabling/enabling the hands-free system. What I am looking is along the lines of resetting the check engine light, <ignition to on, pump the gas 3 times then hold the accelerator down for 10 seconds> except it was a combination of the buttons on the steering wheel or door not the pedals.
