How many degrees? Cam timing change with wear...

How many degrees do you think cam timing is retarded with a stretched/worn chain? I have 338 000KM on my original MR18. Of course these being modern throwaway cars, there is no official service interval stated by Nissan. Although people say timing chain engines are essentially lifetime, everyone else knows they aren't. The links in the chain wear, as do the teeth and the plastic tensioner pads.

Warranty lifetime, perhaps, but for all intensive purposes lifetime has a different meaning for people.
