wow sorry to here this. Hopefully the dealer fixes you up quickly. This is the first report of this I have seen but hopefully not a common issue. Make sure you find out what went wrong and what they did to fix it, including part numbers if possible. This way if it happens to someone one else or even you later down the road you will know exactly what needs to be done.

if this was an older car I would say you have poor circulation going through the heater core. Being newer this is possible but unlikely. More of a possibility on a newer car would be an air pocket in your coolant system. Glad it's working but I would check your coolant level too.
