I currently have the K&N 33-2375 panel filter in my V. I like it. Believe I paid $46 from Autozone for mine. I did notice a slight increase in both mpg, and throttle response off the line. Also, it's still subtle on sound without being too annoying.

Recommended cleaning of the K&N is every 50,000 miles... that's on average about every 4-5 years depending on driving habits. Also, K&N guarantees their filters for 1 million miles if kept clean.
