Hey guys I've had my Versa 1.8 S for 1 year now, and its working fine but the car is really slow for my likings and don't wanna trade it in so soon.
I was wondering if I put on the Takeda Retain Polished SRI Intake on if it would be even worth my while. I plan to keep this car for at least another 2 years.
Or would you recommend anything else that isn't out of this world expensive to do?

CAI would be better, but any kind of gains with these cars is better than none. SRI would give you something but don't think it would be enough to notice. I hear it does give a nice deep tone to the engine though =)

The CAI does give a little more but neither is really noticeable, in the long run CAI is better but you also have to watch if you're in low water level areas because there is risk of engine soak. I prefer SRI, I know it's like 2-3 less hp but I'm happy

And the Versa is not a fast car. The only real modd to add lots of HP would be turbo (nobody really knows yet), supercharger (on its way for the past year now), and engine swap. For now I'd suggest doing suspension mods. Those are my .02

Yeah you will be! But It's a little sad when it hits around 6000 RPM. You'd want it to get louder but it fades. Oh well! :shrug:

Get it from VersaSpeed, you are guaranteed to get the correct product lol. And the shop is specifically for Versa's so why not support it?

BTW, that is where I got mine from haha

I wish I could remember where I got mine, but it ended up being like 180ish shipped. Lowest I could find all over the web.
