i wanna get rid of the stock intake on my 2010 versa 1.6l engine. i have a kit that i built up, but its not wanting to run right at all. i have everything in the right place and everything, but nothing good comes of it.
what's the car doing exactly I built my own as well and had nothing but problems with it at first. It was bogging down stalling setting codes but I found that the addaptor I hqd in was to big so I put the smallest one in and made sure I had no leakes, mine is also run to the tb so I had to run a hose from the valve cover to the intake after the maf senser. I haven't had any problems in a while other then my clamps getting loose, oh also I ran it into the bumper and it works much better now.
ill load pics up tomorrow. im using the stock flex neck, connected to a 3in flex pipe that i got from a hardware store. cut the hole for the maf. hooked to the filter, which is a spectre 4x6 filter. the maf is positioned right. i'll fire it up and it just wont run right for nothing. should i hook up the obd2 to it afterwards? i put the oem back on and ran it and threw a code. no big deal, deleted the code just fine.
