I believe on the same points to as using a scissor jack.Great video, but if one is using a trolley jack, what are the approved jacking point?
Chassis. The metal bars and I-beams under the car.frame? what frame?
I had a friend who is also a mechanic and they both have almost the same resolution about jacking the car.Met up with a friend of mine who's a mechanic. He said business was slow, so he said to bring my car to his shop....as he has some free time.
He lifted the car and pointed out 4 points to life with the trolley jack. Didn't have my camera so I did get any pics. Next time I go in to see him I'll try to get some picks.
He said jacking it with the floor jacks on the rails should only be done if you have the right type of jack (with a groove) or an adapter.
If u guys/girls can post some pics of where those jack points are (besides the rails), that would be super!I had a friend who is also a mechanic and they both have almost the same resolution about jacking the car.
