Lamin-X protective film

I purchased a pre cut made for the V foglight, they're yellow tint cover made by Lamin-X. It protects the lens from flying road debris, scratches and cracks.

They also have film for the headlights, taillights and the third brake light. Comes in different colors, tint, gun smoke, blue, yellow and red. Believe this is a safer alternative than using spray paint such as VHT nightshades, because they're easier to remove.

The Krylon stained glass method looks great but will give this a shot and see how it turns out. I don't feel comfortable painting the lens and if done improperly it could appear terrible. I've spray painted the side skirts on my '98 Civic to match the silver body color but wasn't satisfied with the results. I will post pictures when they arrive in the mail.

only problem with our headlight and tailights are the curves... its kinda hard to avoid wrinkles on your lamination :p
Those look great! What do they look like at night when they are on?
I'll get some pictures rolling here shortly. They're probably a bright yellow color.
No, took 90 minutes to install, it was all plug n play.

I'll post better shots when I get the chance.

No, just the stock ones that came with the kit.
Looks good bro...How much did those run you?
It was $15 for the yellow film, $300 for the foglight kit, quite expensive but worth it since it's an OEM item. It looks clean and goes with the car perfectly.
ya... oem fogs are expensive as hell. i like the laminx covers you put on
Not bad... i have the yellow bulbs from Versaspeed, I love them but I want that look during the day so I love those laminx covers thanks MG
