I've been looking for a new headunit for my stereo in the V but the ones I want are not V capable.

Any suggestions if you have one.

What do i mean not V capable. Pretty much any stereo u want can go into it.

I agree^^^^ Spend the money on a good brand. We have double din slots, and just about any radio will fit. Heres a good website, when you buy the radio, they throw in the harness and Dash kit for free, and the antenna adapter is only $5.

this is were i got mine from great company based out of Hong Kong and ship and gets to your house within the week. wat is awsome about them is that they have detacable screens so ur not as likely to get a theft

and if you get a true double din head unit you dont need a harness because when u bought the car your original head unit has 2 metal brackets that you use with any double din.

yeah its pretty easy all you really have to do is get a flat head n pop it open but i would put a cloth on it so u dont scarch it

Awesome!! That's how I felt too. I wish the price was just a tad lower, but I guess I really can't complain knowing I saw it drop from $379 to $319. I'm gonna get a rear camera, and my friend said I should really invest into the HD radio kit, so Ill do that too. Just gotta save some more money. I have a gps, and I never did like the in dash gps for some reason, so I can save some money there!!!

My CDs get scratched and they start skipping, I need Ipod plug but on my case I'm doing the windows first...someday....then window visors next....then bug deflector next...then head unit, then replace speakers...

No I like having all my options of listening to my music. whether using my ipod, phone, cd, laptop, or my xm. I just don't want a screen.

I still use CDs too. I always have 6 in the changer. I sold my iPod since I never use it. I have the iPhone but never listen to it's music in the car.

yeah I agree with ilmv I never use my ipod so I need something with a cd player atleast.

ive got 6 cds in my changer too. my mp3 layer died, and the radio just dosent sound good with the new speakers, so i listen to cds.

lol I'm glad I'm not the only one who still listens to cd's. I think the cd's sound better than the radio anyway.
