making my versa a sleeper!

What are good ways to make my Versa have more power but having the cost of a part under $250. I know that the more air in and out the faster the take off but im not sure what parts will help.

I'd suggest starting with a cold air intake and follow along with an exhaust system.
it will help but as far as making it a real sleeper...your gonna need more than 250$! i do a full exhaust new headers and everything back!!! a cold air intake and a tune! that should help you out alot!
so do i get an ECU first or get the CAI first. My friend was telling me that the ECU wont work with out anything else

Looks and smells like a scam. Look at the cars on the vehicle list. Like really? AMC, Amphicar, Checker, Maserati, Lamborghini, and other manufacturers that don't seem realistic to need a performance chip. Then they price it at $399 MSRP to $69? And where are the dyno data sheets to prove this thing works? Stay away from this thing.
for $250 I would get a velocity stack with filter and a header. Then I would try and remove as much extra stuff from the car if you have any. A good weight reduction will help as much as power adders.
you won't get much with $250. get an intake, exhaust, dc header is coming out in a month. dont get that stupid chip, scam.

well if your keeping it a daily then you shouldn't remove anything. If you trying to go all out and make the car quicker you can remove spare, tools, swap to light weight racing seats, get rid of any sound deadening and things of that nature. I do not suggest you do any of this. But it will make the car lighter and slightly quicker.
thanks for all the ideas and yeah thats what i was thinking i know theres cheap ones out there but i wasnt sure about that one.
but im not sure what upgrade to do first and i want to try and do one at a time if i can

I get everything you want bolt wise before you do ecu reflash! You won't get the true power of your modd with just bolting it on! Modding ecu first then bolt on would not be as affective as doing it the other way! I know jet performance did a friend of mines sentra and he was bale to get a great deal of power with just a cat back exhaust and c.a.I.! But that my .02

here's a BBB link abouth Gforce

also do you really think they did this, which is in their about us page?

"We personally test and tune each one of our over 30,000 applications."

just think about how impossible this would be

as already mentioned, stay away from any item like this
Best thing you can do is CAI, Full Cat-Back, Headers, and Throttle Control. The bolt on parts will give you some what of a moderate gain, the Throttle control is only for a good accelaration you won't get any hp gain from it. If your starting budget is 250 I say go for the CAI first, something along the lines of a Fujita or AEM. Then save for the Exhaust and headers. But you've already been told all this. Check versaspeed like "promiseland" suggested or microimage. Good Luck

Back seats, radio, speakers, glass windows, spare tire, carpets...lol that would actually help I bet.
