Interesting... If I ever make it out to a meet I hope you are there so I can take a look at it! This is something I have wondered about doing.

Nice! Can't wait to hear the results of this. I am pretty interested in hearing about the fuel economy, how it does/doesn't differ from the MR18DE. I know yes it is a bigger displacement, but the MR18DE is not the most fuel efficient 1.8 around.
