installing was easy... this isnt a traction control unit, only throttle positioning.... it is plug and play, for the most part... however it does have a wire that needs to be spliced into your reverse so that way it automatically switches to normal while in reverse.... i also need to learn how to save the settings.... what really sets this unit apart from the Blitz is that this unit has 5 settings for Eco and 7 settings for Sport... what i have found is that setting 1 on either Eco or Sport is very moderate yet still different from normal, but when you go 5 on Eco you can depress the gas pedal to almost 90% or so with out it coming anywhere near WOT (wide open throttle) however when you do floor it there is a short delay but it will go to WOT... when you use setting 7 on sport, you get WOT at what i want to say is about less than half way of the gas pedal being pressed, you can still put your foot to the floor but it will do you no good, because the car is already at WOT.... so overall for the price, i would recommend this unit, but the only set back is figuring out how to get to switch to normal while in reverse, i will go over the instructions again till i figure it out, oh and I am pretty sure there is a way to save settings, so when you switch between sport and eco you dont have to go through each setting if you want to get to 5 or 7..... i hope this answers any and all questions you have. if you feel i have left something out or didnt go into enough detail, let me know and i will find you your answer, oh and 1.6 guys dont worry i will see if this unit will work for you guys too... i will test it out in villageidiot's car....
