Hi and welcome. I have a 08 SL CVT as well and love it. Takes a bit of getting used to but works great. Just in the middle of a long trip (GTA-Quebec-Ottawa-back to GTA) and handles great. Took it up north thru Algonquin Park and hills, fantastic. Sorry to here of your problems (I posted in you other question). Good luck and if you are in Southern Ontario or GTA area, let us know. iLuv and I are trying to plan a GTA ride in the summer.
