Interesting read. Even more interesting then knowing that it is two years out is the fact that the V is going from the b-platform to the global V-platform. This means that most likely nothing will be usable from new V's to ours and it will most likely be much smaller.

well thats stupid..... And I couldnt wait for the new ones to come out. Well that stinks, and I guess I wont be tradeding in for a new one. Thats the whole point of why I bought the car, cause of its biggy ness! lol
i love the "biggyness". i plan on keeping my v for a while so we'll see what happens when i'm ready to move on.
Same here. I plan on driving this car into the ground ... I didn't pay all this money to trade her in and get nothing back. I want to keep on driving her. I'm hoping she goes for at least another 10 years. I finally got my CVT warranty extension letter in the mail :D yay!

same reason I bought it. Biggyness! That should have been the nissan slogan for the V :)

I'm keeping mine forever. It has zero resale value and I drive alot so no point in selling it ever.

Mine wasn't that much money so trade in or selling is pointless. So in order to get my monies worth, all $11k I feel I should driver her until she dies. I'll be happy with 200k miles but nothing less. Anything over that is a bonus which if this is like any of my previous nissan's then 200k+ is no problem.

Mine cost me quite a bit as I got every feature on her.
Plus, cars depreciate so fast, why would I trade her in and lose money on her. As long as she is working I want to drive her until she dies.

I look at Chuckie and he's 13 years old, soon to be 14, and starts every time.
