I have been waiting awhile to see this little guy. While original drawings shown it too be a bit more aggressive I am content with end result.

Seems to have alot of goodies too like heated seats, sat nav, digi climate control, blue tooth, push button start, 6 speaker system, etc.

are they going to bring this to the US? have you ever seen the Sunny? i seen one from Mexico a while back

Yes this is planned to have a US release. If it will be exactly like this I don't know. I never seen sunny in person before.

It looks funky! Is this going to be an entry level vehicle below the Versa?

It's suppose to be a budget, eco friendly car. Since it's smaller and cheaper then a Versa it will be below the Versa.

I am loving the green color and the glass roof. I hope we get those here.

We've had the Micra here for donkeys years, the latest model looks uber ugly bug face.

It's a shame no-one makes a small car of its size that's hard edged and aggressive looking, with a decent output....then again there's plenty of women that'll buy it so from a business perspective i guess I understand.

alot of people are saying they prefer the "uber ugly bug face" over this new watered down, no character look (terms I read on the net).

As far as no one making a "hard edged aggressive car" in this segment that I believe was the entire purpose behind the JUKE.

So after Nissan releases the 2010 Micra, there will be a huge selection of cars.

There are others but they are trucks.

Not sure who the competition is. I would think it would be any new car like the toyota IQ, smart car, or anything offered smaller then a Yaris/fit.

If the micra has nothing else going for it I would say the colors are awesome. These things are going to look like skittle rolling around town !

lol, skittles, lol. I like it. It looks like it shares alot of the interior designs of the cube. I noticed the power window switches on the drivers side. There is only 2 switches?!?! Is there gonna be a 2DR and 4DR? If not, thats wierd to only control the front two windows.......

Maybe there is a 2door version as well. I have seen other pics where there if four window switches. Then again this car is suppose to have alot let parts then a normal car. Maybe nissan came up with a way to control the rear windows differently? I truly think it was a 2 door model though.

Here is alot of pics from the nissan plant on the new micra. I am really hoping nissan brings this to the US. I can see thousands of these things flooding the streets.

Here is an interesting pic showing some side skirts and lip kit. Add a hood with a scoop, and the new turbo engine and that is one pocket rocket with some decent looks IMHO.

I don't know why but the more I see this car the more I like it. Nissan has a very strange way of doing this. Almost every car nissan has made I thought was ugly or not as good as competition. Then as you see them more they grow on you. Then you see them in person and you love it. Maybe it's just me? I'd rock a Micra with the lip kit, in that orange, blue or green anyday.

Nissan is still denying that the micra is coming to the US. I honestly don't think it is either but this pic does have me scratching my head.
