Yep, they are. But ugly in a beautiful way....if that makes sense.

I don't do rounded edges, I like tough, square lines. My favourite car right now is the Renault Megane, but since I wouldn't spend a red cent on one I bought the Tiida cause its a similar shape (as you'd expect since it was designed by Renault!)

It's not the next new minivan. Saw the Roox at the Tokyo Show yesterday, and I'd say it's a touch smaller than the Cube. Not sure what it will compete with since there isn't much smaller than the Cube for the US market. I don't even know if it would come to the States.

Roox is OK. I have no need for a mini mini van. But I'm betting some other people do. The cube is awesome and I'm really glad it's here. I wouldn't say the roox is ugly.

I wonder what the target demographic is for such a vehicle? Slap a small turbo diesel engine in that thing and you will totally change my mind. I would buy one tomorrow .
