I am experiencing issues from last November, when driving my car Nissan Versa 2014 it jerks a lot and RMP goes really high. I leave the accelerator when it jerks, and when the jerk and rpm comes down then I raise the accelerator. It is drove for around 110k and I did all the required servicing thinking it will fix the issue, but nothing has changed. Can anyone suggest what can I do to fix this issue? I already spent a lot taking it to few different places.

Sorry to hear about your issues. Was there any diagnosis?

Have you had it scanned for codes and if so, what (if any) are the codes present?

Is it equipped with a CVT transmission?

Nothing was told to me by the mechanic. One of the things is to change the transmission fluid which I was told will be done only at the Nissan dealership.

I don't know about scanning for any codes, what is it about ?.Not sure about the CVT transmission. How to find it out?
