Nissan Versa 2014 jerks while driving even at slow speed and RPM goes very high

I am experiencing issues from last November, when driving my car Nissan Versa 2014 it jerks a lot and RMP goes really high. I leave the accelerator when it jerks, and when the jerk and rpm comes down then I raise the accelerator. It is drove for around 110k and I did all the required servicing thinking it will fix the issue, but nothing has changed. Can anyone suggest what can I do to fix this issue? I already spent a lot taking it to few different places.
