Could possibly be just the oil and filter's you are using. Car's tend to make more noise when very cold at startup, especially vehicles with timing chains.

Wixx filters and some good synthetic might quiet it up some more.

mobil 1 5w-30 sythetic and pureolator filter.

decent quality parts and oil right there so probably not the issue. It's almost impossible to diagnose this over the internet. It could be anything from busted timing chain tensioner, to loose heat shield, to perfectly normal. Goodluck.
