When I got my 2009 Versa it had previously been in an accident. The bumper cover was held on with zip ties and such.
Last week I drove through a flood that I thought was a puddle and by the time I reached higher ground the lower lip/air dam had been torn off from the water pressure.
ALL of the cover's eye holes had been torn out.

Could anyone please tell me from these pictures what additional parts I will need to attach the new cover with?

To start with, the front impact bar needs to be replaced, as it's been bent down and won't function in another accident. You'll need a variety of plastic fasteners, 10mm bolts and specialized self-tapping screws to properly mount another bumper cover. If you're not an accomplished mechanic, why not take it to a local body shop for a full estimate?
