Passenger Door Actuator locked door shut, door won't open! Mega Problem! Help!

I have a 2009 Versa HB SL model and I went about replacing the passenger door actuator to fix the trunk not opening issue. Got the part from
at $113.xx, part #: 80500-EL01B. The good news is the trunk would open fine, but the passenger door is now permanently shut! The issue is both cables, interior and exterior handles that release the latch are loose inside the actuator and do nothing (defective part). Only the unlock/lock cable works which does no good. Unfortunately I didn't test before closing the door. I cut the top of the actuator open with a dremel tool and there is a lever which should open the latch (opened old as guide) which I pull and it is really hard and doesn't release the latch.

To get the inside panel off with the door shut was hell, but I got it off. However, how can I break this actuator enough to get to the latch from inside the door panel? I am having some hard luck here with this issue and 3 days later still can't open the door. Please, someone, advice, suggestions?

Jammed Actuator latch released after 5 days of work

First off, I do not wish this problem on anyone! This problem resided on the mechanical inards of the actuator were inoperative, they did nothing to open the latch. The latch is the piece that presses against the steel striker on the door frame. I cut through the casing and tried all levers and none opened the latch. From the picture, you can see right down to the latch and I ended up jamming a screw driver under the latch and pushed down, then it released and the door opened. The dremel tool was invaluable in getting all this done. Used several bits that cut through steel and plastic. The cold weather and seated position I had to work in were grueling on back and legs. I have included pictures and hope others may find this useful some day. Learn from me, TEST before you close the door!
