don't go for that. those are scams. they can actually do worse towards your car. from what I hear it is just a simple resistor and it sends a different signal to the ECU. it would most likely be an illusion that you are gaining when your not. those are a no go.

with the A/F ratio controller... i have no idea... maybe someone else has some info on that
