Ok I know this isnt Versa Related, but I've had a few plantronics bluetooth headsets in the past and worked well. About 2 months ago I purchased a voyager pro, and well on monday stopped working, called them to inquire about the warrenty, emailed them a copy of my packing slip, and filled out a form, They overnighted the replacement headset and got it today. Was suprised at how quick and easy it got resolved.
