What kind of bushings? Control arms there probably isn't anything that crosses over or fits. Sway bars are sort of universal, but be aware the sway bar bushings in these are hard to get to. Buried in the subframe, not exposed. Being that they're much more firm of a material, they're also much harder to get on the bar and clamped down. If you measure the stock sway bar outside diameter, as long as you find bushings that have that diameter and will fit in the stock clamps you're fine. Apart from LCA (lower control arm) bushings, there aren't many other applications for a poly bushing. The sway bar links are ball joint style, and there's really nothing in the rear that would ever benefit from polyurethane, maybe the rear shock bushings...
