Who has ported the headers on the 1.6L? I have a 2015 versa note s plus and every bit of power helps. I'm sure somebody has. The gains would be minimal but again anything helps.

No one has done anything internal to an 1.6l.

I wouldn't consider that internal. Headers are part of the exhaust system and not the engine. Unbolting the headers and smoothing the rough edges for better air flow would help. Significant, no. But it all adds up.

OBX makes a exhaust manifold for the 1.6l.

I am selling a brand new OBX HR16 header, never installed on a vehicle. $185 plus shipping.

Sorry for getting back so late. The OBX manifold is for earlier models. I have a 2015 Versa Note. I do want to port the stock manifold. Just have to find a place that'll do it for the right price.
