i put a JVC in my Topaz about 8 years ago. Reception was crap on that too. I've had a JVC, two Alpines, a Sony and Pioneer. All good reception except JVC, and the Pioneer had fewest foibles overall. I will likely go to double din Pioneer dvd/navi when the SL cd dies [if it dies]. Thanks for heads-up [pardon pun] on the JVC radio! 08v
