Just purchased a 2015 Versa Note SV from Hertz with 46k miles on it. I went to dealership for an extra key and they did a "complimentary multi-point inspection". Everything was fine but they said that the rear lower control arm bushings are tearing (rubber part). I realize the service dept always tries to up-sale you some service, however, is this something I should try to get Hertz to pay for? Is it considered a "safety" issue?

Thank you!

Doesn't hurt to try, did you buy it AS/IS? I would replace either way. Q
