So I want to say about a month ago my subs vibrated my rear view mirror right off. No big deal. I cleaned off the windshield and bought one of those stick on metal pieces to put the mirror back on.

Didn't work. Came right off.

So I started over. I used to the following adhesives in the following order:
-Normal rear view mirror adhesive
-Extreme rear view mirror adhesive
-Krazy glue
-JB Weld
-2-part clear epoxy

All of which i allowed to dry overnight before I slipped the mirror on.

None worked. What the hell am I doing wrong here?

Try turning your subs down slightly. :)

On one car i had, i sanded the edges where the mirror adheres to the windshield. The edge had a bit of burr on it, preventing good contact with glass. Be careful of proper cure time. Be sure both surfaces totally dry, clean etc. I used rear view mirror glue.
I don't quite understand why you had to buy a new metal piece. Missing? Broken?
I have a relative who used to work in Clemson, welcome!

I hate reviving threads up but i have a past exp on it as i tightened my rear mirror the heck out of it and when I turn up my bass, 2 10" cvt kicker subs, but my ball joint on the mirror doesn't affect the angle but it does vibrate kinda violently.
