I have had to replace the rear bearing multiple times in less than a year what is causing this i have tried dualast gold and Moog

Are you/your mechanic torquing the rear hub nut to the correct torque? It's also possible the bearing is being damaged when it's being pressed into the hub.
Yes on the torturing
I had a shop do the first one . I did the next 2 and now the last one is going bad after 3 months

How are you pressing them in and out? Is the carrier part scored up badly? Wicked tire balance? If nothing is wrong back there then they are either being damaged on installation, or try a factory part. I'm still on the originals with 128k. It's not really a high failure part on these, so something's up.
