Curious

After reading this thread i am very curious. I bought a 2010 versa 1.8s without power mostly because there were none left that had power and weren't fully loaded with everything else i didnt care about. I am pretty annoyed with the 1 lock on the drivers side myself and wish that they had at least if not power remote locks made it power locks so all the doors opened with the key or maybe by unlocking 2x with the key.
However i am curious if anyone can actually verify do the cars actually come with the power actuators in the doors? It would make sence to me that they are installed all along from the factory and then they simply dont put in the harness.
Anyone in the SE MA area thats good with theses cars and maybe has done this already?

Excellent thank you for the info on that. I will probably invest in a car alarm after all so we can get remote lock and unlock (and a little savings on the insurance never hurts) I will give the installer this info also so they know ahead of time what they are looking at for the type of locks.

Just came back from the alarm installer seems there has been a change my versa did not even have the lock actuators in the door. They said the wiring harness is there but missing some wires and the actuators themself are not there at all. Kind of a bummer i had hoped to be able to get a alarm installed and have remote locks. Only other real option is to get a door lock kit from JCW but i am not really feeling like going through all that bother.
