Most of them its as easy finding the pawls and prying them off with a panel removal tool. Just peel back the rubber trim around the doors, then stick in your favorite pry bar and pry until it pops. You can pry a little bit until you see where the connection is, and then move your pry bar to that location to get more leverage.

As long as you don't touch any wiring harnesses you should be alright.
