Seat covers for 2012 sedan?

I confirmed today that none of the major players in seat covers has anything for the front seats in the 1.6S. Apparently they weren't aware that it had high back buckets. I actually had to take pictures of our car to prove it to one vendor!

Caltrand, Cover King, and Clazzio don't support the model although Caltrand may be working on it as I type this.

I've been forced to go to, wait for it, . . . Walmart. That's the only place that has a decent looking black and red seat cover.

nothin wrong with walmart LOL, that's where I got my grey and black ones.
I guess the seats vary between the new 12 sedan models? The rental I had in Arizona, had the headrests that went up or down (no bucket seats). If you do have bucket seats, then the universal type covers should fit. Just make sure they are airbag compatible (if your seats have side airbags).
I got an email from Cover King today

"Sir the only pattern that we have for this vehicle is 50 50 bucket with removable headrest. So sorry about that.

Well hopefully soon they start making them.

The rental sedan I had recently had the remove able headrests, so that may fit some 2012s.

iluv,

The only model with this issue is the base 1.2S, the rest have headrests. Nissan cut every corner possible with the base model. Normally when you get a new car both keys have the fancy black covered heads. On the base model only one key is "fancy".

The seats in the base model aren't upholstered, they have seat covers installed over foam. They don't even conform to the seat backs on the front seat. There's a gap between the cover and the foam until you sit down and they stretch into the cavity.

Still, it IS the cheapest car you can buy in the USA.

Guess you summed it up though. Cheapest brand new car you can buy, and it is the base model.
You guys know/have any updates of seat covers that will work for the seats without removable headrests?

My seats get covered in pet hair from my animals and it looks terrible. I just want some all black or black/gray seat covers so they will stop attracting hair. I've tried lint rollers, anti-static spray, and everything else.
