I know this has probably been posted before, but I'm so frustrated with Nissan. I've filed 2 complaints with them and gotten nothing but BS answer

My 2013 Nissan Versa intermittently shutters when I accelerate. Nissan claims they can't figure out what's wrong. (or they don't want to.) I've taken my car there 3 times this year. Cars are not supposed to do this and it could cause an accident. I'm frustrated. Suggestions?

Did your check engine light go on, and did the dealership find any error codes?? You say that the dealership can't figure out what was wrong. Were they able to reproduce the shuttering when they took it out for a ride?? Depending on when you purchased your vehicle you may still be covered under the power train warranty. My 2012 Vera CVT tranny was replaced under warranty with the car only having 18,000 miles on it. When I would stop for a light, the car would shutter lightly as if you had just released the emergency brake. In my case, the check engine light was on, and the dealership took about 10 minutes to tell me that the tranny had to be replaced. Good luck!!

Below is the power train warranty for your vehicle:

Every Nissan is backed by a 36-month/36,000-mile limited vehicle coverage and a 5-year/60,000-mile limited powertrain coverage.
